He was speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday to unveil sculptures of Chinese revolutionary leader and former Communist Party of China Chairman Mao Zedong and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Chinese master sculptor Yuan Xikun gave the statues to the prime minister on the 25th and 26th of December, which are the birth anniversaries of Mao Zedong and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, the prime minister stated that the Pak-China all-weather strategic partnership is expanding its scope through collaboration in areas like agriculture and defense.
He stated that Pakistani students will be traveling to China in the early part of next year to pursue advanced agricultural studies. They will act as a link between Beijing and Islamabad, strengthening our friendship.
The Prime Minister brought up the recent visits with China, where he and Premier Li Qiang reaffirmed their shared aspirations for economic growth and prosperity and their will to work together to attain them.
He claimed that the monuments would always represent the unbreakable ties between China and Pakistan.
